Dawn is the Special Projects Manager of ADAPP and has over 35 years of experience in communications and project management in the non-profit arena of healthcare and higher education. Dawn joined the coalition as its Project Director in January 2021. She oversees three Bronx coalitions, TNCAP, Forward South Bronx Coalition (FSBC), and FSBC-Special Populations.
